5.Any records explaining or justifying the inclusion of brand specific or certification specific requirements, in particular:

•the requirement (if any) that bidders be “Check Point Elite Accredited Partners” or hold a particular Check Point certification;

•any analyses of whether such a requirement complies with EU and Irish procurement rules on technical specifications and “or equivalent” provisions;

•any reliance on vendor lock in or technical incompatibility as justification for a restricted procedure, negotiated procedure or direct award.

6.Copies of any legal advice, internal guidance or procurement compliance assessments concerning TR2842 or related Check Point linked contracts, to the extent not covered by legal professional privilege, on:

•compliance with EU procurement law (Directive 2014/25/EU and national regulations);

•compliance with internal procurement policies and thresholds.

7.Copies of any risk assessments, internal audits or security assessments that:

•address vendor lock in risk or concentration risk in relation to Check Point and its partners;

•discuss the risk of back door access, supply‑chain vulnerabilities or hidden remote‑access capabilities in firewall/cybersecurity systems;

•set out mitigation measures (e.g. independent code review, penetration testing, red-team exercises).

I was wondering if you could send me a copy of the methodology for developing and updating the DUoS (Distribution Use of Service) charges?

1) A copy of the user manual for the electrial meters instaled by the ESB over the last ten years into residential buildings.

2) Can you please send me the annual calibration testing schedule for all meters

I am requesting access to records under the Freedom of Information Act 2014 in relation to the delayed opening of Mullen Park Road, Maynooth which I understand is due to a pedestrian crossing needing a connection. I would like the records showing when the developer Keltston Properties submitted their application for this connection and what date the ESB plan on doing this connection. I'm also requesting access to records showing why the ESB haven't completed this connection yet.

a. electricity security of supply issues, and any associated risks to the completion or initiation of housing, foreign direct investment or data-centre projects;

Under the Freedom of Information Act 2014, I hereby request records held by ESB Networks DAC relating to power outages affecting the area of Liscannor, Co. Clare (please include the following Eircode(s) where available: ****, and any other Eircodes within the Liscannor village area).

 

Specifically, for each calendar year 2023, 2024, and 2025, please provide:

1.The total number of power outages that affected the Liscannor area (give both the count of outage events and, where available, the count of individual customer-impacts).

2.A breakdown of outages by planned vs unplanned.

3.For each outage, the date & time (start and restoration), the duration, the number of customers affected (if recorded), and (if available) the primary reported cause and the substation / feeder name.

4.Any summary or aggregate output you hold for outage minutes (SAIDI/SAIFI) specific to the Liscannor area or the relevant distribution feeder(s).

Could you please provide me with a total number of power outages that occurred in Ireland during the calendar years between 2015-2025 inclusive for Ballina, County Mayo, and how many of these were unplanned.

 Please provide a detailed breakdown of the reasons for unplanned power outages, namely those that were caused by weather events, and then type of weather event that caused it.

Under the FOI Act 2014, I am seeking the release of records relating to the connection of the site at Shackleton Road in Celbridge (planning ref 2460497) to the grid by the ESB or any relevant contractors or bodies who carry out such work on ESB's behalf.

Specifically, I am seeking records that relate to the expected connection date or any indication of same. I would like my search to include any lists or chains of correspondence that refer to any likely delays in relation to this site's connection.

I am working as a GIS administrator on behalf of Waterways Ireland. I was wondering if you would be able to provide us with a map service of your infrastructure so we can overlay on our internal GIS system.

I note an article on Irish Independents website by Paul Deering from the Sligo Champion dated 22nd August which confirms ESB networks plans for "timber and vegetation surveying and clearing works are scheduled to take place in identified areas over the coming months".

I kindly request the scoping document that was issued to ESB contractors for this project, in particular any documentation that identifies the clearance distance is being implemented between existing ESB lines and forestry plantations.
