I would like to request all correspondence between senior management of ESB Networks DAC and the corporate entities controlling garage forecourts in Ireland. I wish to request correspondence which is specifically related to the price of providing connections to the distribution system for electric charging points. (In a nutshell I understand there has been discussion regarding the price ESB is charging garage forecourts nationally to install charging points for electric cars and I'm trying to request that documentation.)
I wish the request to cover the period from January 1st, 2022 to the present day.

- If so how many employees are entitled to it?
- How is the discount calculated - ie is it a fixed amount per employee and if so what is that fixed amount? Or is it a percentage of the total bill? Or is it some other method?
- How much did the discount cost the company for the last full financial year? Will the cost of the discount to the company increase in line with increases in energy prices?
