Are planned electricity interruptions confined to weekdays only?

No, they can occur on any day of the week.

Will power be restored at the time shown on the notification I receive?

We aim to keep to the estimated time on the notification you receive and the vast majority of planned interruptions are completed on schedule. However, occasionally the work can overrun due to technical or safety reasons. The safety of our staff and customers has to get priority. As such, you should regard your supply as being live at all times during an outage. It could be restored at any moment.

All planned interruptions involving more than 10 customers will have access to real time updates on PowerCheck.
