Find it on your meter
- Your Meter RM and Serial Number are printed on the front of your meter. For example, in this image the RM is 534 and the Serial Number is 41053319 (above the bar code).
- Please have this to hand, before you phone our National Customer Contact Centre on 1800 372 757.
Why would I need my meter RM and serial number?
- If you’ve just moved into a new home or office and you don’t know your MPRN number, we can help you find it using your Meter RM and serial number.
How to find your MPRN
If you’re a registered customer, you can also find your MPRN on your bills from your electricity supplier. It is 11 digits long and starts with the digits “10”. Your MPRN is a unique number assigned to your electricity connection and meter.
You can also find your MPRN by creating an ESB Networks online account.
