ESB, through its Energy for Generations Fund, has supported the Time to Read Programme for the 4th year running.
Time to Read is Ireland's first business to education reading initiative. It provides 2nd class children with the opportunity to receive reading support from a business volunteer over a 20 week programme. Children from Glasheen Girls National School, Cork and their Teachers visited ESB Networks, Wilton to mark the end of a very successful year of the "Time to Read" Programme.
ESB Networks Staff Deliver MAKESHOP Workshop in Midleton, Co Cork
ESB helps to develop future talent by supporting the development of skills in science, technology, engineering and maths (STEM). Volunteers from ESB Networks recently delivered MAKESHOP workshops to 1st and 6th classes in St John the Baptist National School, Midleton, Co Cork under ESB’s Corporate Social Responsibility initiative.
