Follow these steps if you entered an email address as part of your registration:
- From the Log In screen, select 'Forgot Password'
- Enter the email address you used to register
- Click 'Send Verification Code'
- Check your email for a verification code. This code will ensure that your data is secure
- Enter this code into the 'Verification Code' field and select 'Verify Code'
- Create new password
If you provided a mobile telephone number as part of your registration process you can follow these steps:
- From the Log In screen, select 'Forgot Your Password'
- From the Reset your ESB Networks Account Password, select Phone and continue
- Enter your mobile telephone number and check the security checkbox
- Check your phone for a verification code. This code will ensure that your data is secure.
- Enter this code into the 'Verification Code' field and select 'Verify Code'
- Create new password
